Invoice payments and email design
- Marking a manual invoice as paid now records the payment details correctly. Explore billing and payments
- Newsletter email designs save more reliably.
- Load existing HTML into a newsletter design from the Maggie panel in the email editor.

- The Maggie sidebar inside RunMags starts reliably for the pilot customers who use it.

Newsletter email editor
- Edits to newsletter email designs are kept when you save.
- The stock photo picker in the email editor opens with the right default library.
Clearer approval status for mass mailings
- Recipient rows of a mass mailing show "Awaiting approval" until the mailing itself is approved, so you can see that a send is still on hold.
Maggie sidebar inside RunMags (pilot)
- A Maggie sidebar opens inside RunMags for pilot customers. She knows which page you are on, offers quick actions and gives a short briefing when you log in, in Swedish or English.
- Open a support case from inside Maggie and follow its status there.
- When invoices fail to sync to Fortnox, the sync run now records why.
Safer imports and Fortnox connection
- Try an import first: RunMags shows what would be created or updated without saving anything, and runs large files in the background. Plan your import
- Subscriber, contact and organisation cards show which import created or updated them, and an import can be rolled back.
- The import type you choose is kept instead of being replaced by automatic detection.
- The Fortnox connection stays signed in between syncs.
- Unsubscribing from the advertiser or subscriber portal now ends every newsletter subscription for that email address and shows a confirmation.
QuickBooks Online sync and newsletter statistics
- QuickBooks Online sync handles credit notes, currencies and payments recorded back in QuickBooks more reliably. Explore billing and payments
- Send newsletter test emails to selected recipients and save test-recipient lists for next time.
- Newsletter link-click tracking and click statistics are more accurate.
