How to sell and send newsletters in RunMags

Newsletters are part of the publishing workflow in RunMags: newsletter advertising is booked on the same contract as print, newsletters are designed in the built-in email editor, and the statistics remove bot clicks.

Steps

  1. Book newsletter advertising on the organization’s Ad bookings tab. Each row is tied to an issue or send.
  2. Design the newsletter in the RunMags email editor.
  3. Send it to your subscribers.
  4. Read click and bounce statistics in Production > Mass email > Stats. Clicks from link scanners that open every link are removed.

What it does not do

  • Not a standalone newsletter platform or marketing-automation suite.
  • No triggered email sequences, such as welcome or lapsed-subscriber series.
  • A booked newsletter ad is not linked to a specific send or to proof of delivery.
