Publisher ROI calculator
Estimate the admin hours and euros RunMags could save your magazine each month, and compare them with the plan that fits your business. The defaults are deliberately conservative. Change any number to match your own.
How the estimate works
| Line | Formula | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Admin time saved | (ad orders × minutes per order + ad invoices × minutes per invoice) ÷ 60, capped at your hours per week × 52 ÷ 12 | Your input; minutes from the value model |
| Value of that time | Hours saved × loaded staff cost per hour | Value model |
| Ad revenue protected | Monthly ad revenue × share protected. This covers ad orders invoiced from the same order record and advertiser invoice reminders. | Your input; share from the value model |
| Tools replaced | The monthly cost of tools you would cancel | Your input |
| RunMags plan | The lowest-priced plan whose legal-entity and brand limits cover your business, excluding VAT | Live RunMags pricing |
Default assumptions
| Assumption | Default | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Loaded staff cost | 40 EUR per hour | RunMags value model, October 2026, conservative case |
| Time saved per ad order | 30 minutes | RunMags value model, October 2026, conservative case |
| Time saved per ad invoice | 20 minutes | RunMags value model, October 2026, conservative case |
| Ad revenue protected | 1 % of monthly ad revenue | RunMags value model, October 2026, conservative case |
The value model uses 12 months of RunMags customer usage. Its conservative case is the lowest of three scenarios; the realistic case assumes €50 per hour, 60 minutes per order, 40 minutes per invoice and 2% of ad revenue. The minutes saved and the revenue share are estimates, not measurements of your business.
What this estimate does not count
Subscriptions, newsletters, editorial and production planning are not counted, so time saved there is left out. The result is an estimate to help you decide, not a guarantee.
