Maggie News Editions / Newsletter Engine
Make your approved news the start of your next newsletter.
A useful digest should begin with stories your audience cares about, not an empty email template. Newsletter Engine brings that idea into the Maggie News Editions roadmap: approved news, an editable issue and a controlled path to release.
Daily and weekly digest drafting exists in NewsDesk source. A complete scheduled newsletter service is not claimed here. We'll verify the setup, review and delivery path before calling your edition ready.
A digest for the audience you already serve
For publishers, association communications teams and company marketers who have an opted-in audience and want approved news to do more work. Keep your editorial judgment; reduce the need to assemble the same stories again from scratch.
From reviewed stories to an editable issue
- Choose your desk and cadence. Define the audience, brand, language, time zone and daily or weekly period. Tenant-facing setup and host scheduling still require verification.
- Build from eligible news. The existing composer selects approved, source-backed stories from the completed period, with a cleared lead image. Too little eligible content should produce an honest readiness result, not invented filler.
- Review the draft. Work on the editable Stripo issue. Check the headlines, image credits and destination links. Unresolved links are not send-ready.
- Release through a checked delivery path. Sending is separate from drafting. Sender setup, consent, suppression, approval and delivery evidence must be verified; no message is sent just because a draft exists.
What we can ground in evidence
Current source includes daily/weekly period handling, a repeat-safe issue identity and editable digest creation. Dated Nifty demo evidence records upstream English news drafting and review. It does not establish that a digest was sent. Northwind Living's full-circle demo evidence remains incomplete.
The priority work is edition setup and scheduling around the existing composer, readiness checks and a human-approved handoff to the existing email system. We are not promising inbox placement, automatic list migration or newsletter-growth outcomes.
Questions
Does it send the daily newsletter automatically?
Not as a verified offer on this page. Draft generation is not a sending schedule. Any live send needs a verified delivery setup and explicit release authority.
Can I edit the result?
The existing digest source creates an editable Stripo draft. Ask to see the editor and readiness behavior for your exact workflow rather than assuming all tenant setups are enabled.
What if there are not enough approved stories?
The current composer requires enough eligible stories and a cleared lead image. An insufficient-content result should stay visible; the workflow must not pad the issue with unapproved material.
Will it replace my email platform?
That is not assumed. We will check the handoff and the tools you already use before proposing a replacement. Composition, audience management and sending are different responsibilities.
What will it cost?
Options under consideration include a per-brand digest add-on or a priority-edition bundle, with delivery volume stated separately. Prices, allowances and bundle inclusion are not decided yet, and no Editions price is published here.
Start with one digest, not a mailing commitment
Bring a news desk, an audience and the cadence you want. Review a draft first; agree the delivery requirements separately.
